I'm sure everyone finds it easier to go through a whole bag of crisps or 'chips' than something more healthy - I know I do. But I've decided - after many failed new year resolutions - that 2015 is the year I'm going to eat healthy and do more exercise. I've started to replace all the junk food in my life with fruits and vegetables, as well as getting my friends off their butts and going out for jogs with them. I've also started to do more workouts, my mum always use to do DVD's, and luckily she never got rid of them (she finds going to the gym easier now) so I do one or two of those every other night.
Another change I want to make this year is my anxiety. Ever since 2013 I've suffered from anxiety, it's controlled my life all the way from the little things, right up to the huge things. But not any more, this year I'm going to try and control it. Has anyone read 'girl online' by Zoella? Well someone she meets (trying not to spoil it if you haven't) tells her to picture her anxiety as something in her body. He tells her to give it a shape, a colour and watch it. As he tells her this, she asks "what happens?" and he replies with "it just fades away." (I'm sorry if this spoiled a little bit of the book for you) So I decided I will try this, and see if it works. I'll let you know in the next post what happens!
The amount of times I've left my house and ended up going back for something, maybe even 3 times after is unbelievable. So, this year I'm going to try and be more organised (this probably wont happen but oh well, I can't say I tried) I don't know how this will work, because I'm so unorganised but it's worth a shot!!
I hope this post has inspired you to make some changes to your year, weather it be anything as small as go for a jog or big as controlling anxiety (if anyone suffers from anxiety, I'm sure it would be comforting for other people to hear your stories, so leave a comment down below if you want). I hope this wasn't a bad attempt at my first post! I love everyone who reads this, bye!
