Healthy Snack Ideas

IM SO SO SO SORRY I LEFT YOU GUYS FOR ALMOST A MONTH! You have no idea how bad I felt when I realised how long it'd been, I've been meaning to post something for ages but can never think of what to do and by the time I actually got round to it, it'd been this long.

Today I have 2 healthy snack ideas, these are snacks I personally LOVE and cannot get enough of and just thinking about them is making me crave them, so I'll be right back, just going to go and make one now.

Right, I'm back and I'm going to tell you how you can make these! The first one is something I discovered whilst being bored and hungry - It's fruit covered yogurt / froyo. For this you'll need some fruit of your choice (I chose strawberries) and a yogurt (I chose a low fat raspberry one, any will do though). All you need to do for this is cut up the fruit into slices or chunks, however you prefer, and put them into a small container, preferably one with a lid. After that, you pour your yogurt over it, give it a little shake and you're done! I like to leave this in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, but you can also leave it in the freezer for 3-4 hours or over night and you'll have a home made, low fat froyo! And who doesn't love froyo that's low in fat?

The other snack is a little more unhealthy. All you need is 2 tortillas, chocolate spread / peanut butter, strawberries and a banana. To start, spread either your chocolate spread or peanut butter over one tortilla. Then, slice the fruit thin but not too thin, place it on the tortilla after, sandwiching it with the other one. Once you've done this, place it in a pan over medium heat. Leave it for 30 seconds - a minute and turn, doing the same. After, slice it up and put it on a plate and you're done!

I hoped you enjoy making (and eating, mostly eating) these snacks, I personally love them! Once again, I'm really sorry for not posting in a while, it shouldn't happen in again.
