Workout Motivation

Hey guys, I'm actually posting two times on schedule for once! I'm going to try and get back into blogging a bit more as I really enjoyed doing it, and I can't let you guys down any more than I already have. Today I'm writing about something I've struggled with a little bit myself : Workout Motivation.


If you're like me then you'll probably get dressed for a workout / run, do it, make plans to do it in the week, and never do it again. This is me all the time, I'm not even kidding there. So today I'm going to help get some of you motivated to word out.

1. Number one is to download this app called Seven Minute Workout. I've recently discovered this through a friend and oh my gosh you guys, you have to try it. This app gives you the option to do multiple circuits of the workout, tracks your achievement and if you miss a workout, you loose a heart. The link I placed here is a link to the play store for android users however I know you can get this on the app store as my friend is an iPhone user.
2. Make a playlist out of music you love. Having a playlist of songs with a good beat or just music you like in general will always help. When I go for a run I tend to play some music and it just all around helps make me feel happier which is what you want if you want to workout.
3. If you don't really fancy going for a run or doing a workout on your own then call up a friend and ask if they want to join you. Having a friends workout with you is so much more fun and it can help a lot if your self conscious.

Things to do in Summer

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been posting much, I've recently been really busy with finishing off school (it's mid july - why haven't I finished yet?!) and my YouTube witch i recently hit 50 subscribers on!! Thank you all so much <3

So today I didn't really know what to post, and then I realised it was pretty much summer break and decided to give a few ideas on what you guys can do this summer! Also let me know if I should make this into a video for you guys?


  1.  For the first idea, grab some friends, a pool and your swim suit and have a pool party. This is what one of my friends Holly does all the time and we all end up having so much fun. You can create some cool tumblr looking snacks you've been waiting all year to try and just have fun in general. 
  2. The second idea me and another friend do every year - that is go to a theme park. We always go to one which is right near a beach which gives off a beautiful view at night when the sun is setting and god I cannot wait to go back there this year!
  3. Leading off the previous idea, my third one is spend a day at the beach. This could be with your family or some friends, but I can guarantee you will have a good time! I always love to go to the beach as I don't get to go that often.
  4. If you don't fancy leaving your house but are so bored you cannot stand it any more, invite some friends over. You can do anything, from movie marathons to sing offs or even makeovers. Spending some time with friends is always fun.

At the end of the day, summer is there to be enjoyed so spend it however you like. I hoped you enjoyed this post, I'll see you all next time,
